North Sydney’s Vic X precinct has introduced a $10 lunch campaign running from February 3 to 28, offering discounted meals across multiple eateries. The initiative, targeting local workers, residents and visitors, will run on Mondays and Fridays from 11am to 2pm, with select vendors—Torotoro and Koji—starting service at 11:30am.

Participating retailers include:

  • Dopa by Devon: Mini ‘Value Don’ bowls, with options including Chicken Don, Karaage Don or Veggie Don.
  • Mary’s: A Mini Mary’s burger, fries and soft drink for the first two weeks (Feb 3-16), shifting to a hotdog and fries combo for the remainder. Margaritas will also be available for $10 on Mondays and Fridays (Feb 17-28).
  • Doodee King: Doodee Noodle Variety Bowl, featuring tom yum-flavoured broth with a choice of noodles.
  • Torotoro Ramen: Tamago Don with black pepper pork chashu.
  • Koji Grill: Turmeric chicken with rice on Mondays, Hainanese chicken with rice on Fridays.
  • Top Impression Bakery: Regular iced coffee (latte or long black) paired with any display counter item.
  • North Sandwiches: Grilled chicken salad bowl.
  • Two Good Cafe: Breadfern savoury pastries (ham & cheese croissant, feta & spinach roll, or Moroccan spiced beef roll) with an Ordinary Soda (mandarin, white grapefruit, yuzu, lemon or cola).

The campaign is taking place at Vic X, positioned above Victoria Cross Metro Station at the intersection of Miller Street and Denison Street.

Vic X is part of Lendlease’s Victoria Cross development, a large-scale transformation of a North Sydney CBD block aligned with the ‘North Sydney Vision 2040’ strategy. The precinct has been designed by Bates Smart with sustainability benchmarks, requiring all concourse retail tenants to operate fully on electric power sourced from renewables while reducing embodied and operating carbon by at least 20% below industry standards.
