The Pasture Group of Restaurants and Cafés today opened “Pasture of Kirribilli” at 31A Fitzroy St, Kirribilli, NSW 2061.
Following what it said was the success of Pasture of Balmoral, first opened in 2018, the Pasture Group is embarking on a new gastronomic venture in Kirribilli.
Pasture of Kirribilli, with a seating capacity of 80 guests, unveils a modern, fresh design and fit-out, with what it says is “a beautiful bar and an impressive selection of top-quality spirits, ranging from premium scotch and whiskey to their “Sommelier’s Selection” of wines for patrons seeking a premium wine experience.”
“With an unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability, Pasture of Kirribilli promises to redefine the culinary landscape by sourcing ingredients directly from producers. The Pasture Group’s partners underscore the group’s deep appreciation for those who cultivate the ingredients adorning their tables. At the Pasture Group of Restaurants and Cafés, we deeply respect the farmers, fishermen, food artisans, and growers who tirelessly produce the food we serve and enjoy,” it says.
Chef Yasmina Lagnatha is originally from England. The 28-year-old chef honed her skills in France, worked in 13 different countries worldwide, and was the Head Chef at Bar Suze before joining our team. Alongside her is Danilo Jr. De Alca, Sous Chef, boasting 18 years of experience and having worked in the Philippines and Dubai.
Pasture of Kirribilli not only presents staple dishes from the revered Pasture of Balmoral but also introduces new culinary experiences. An example is the Pasture Eggs Royale, consisting of an English crumpet, smoked salmon, deep-fried egg, and saffron hollandaise on their breakfast menu. Another highlight dish is the Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, a perfectly seasoned 800g Riverine black Angus T-Bone, paired with a choice of butter. The restaurant will open its doors for breakfast and lunch service seven days a week, along with three evenings of dinners on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Pasture of Kirribilli is also offering takeaway, but with a twist. The restaurant is launching a new gourmet takeaway menu where the sandwiches take centre stage. Perfectly toasted brioche, sourdough, or white bread layered with colourful and delicious ingredients await customers. From whole fried eggs, bacon, and veggies to pestos, jams, aiolis, and even vegan cheese, their gourmet sandwiches are a must-try.
