PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT 5-7 WYCOMBE ROAD, NEUTRAL BAY- ABORIGINAL CULTURAL HERITAGE ASSESSMENT
INVITATION TO REGISTER AN INTEREST
Artefact Heritage, on behalf of Vergome (the proponent), is undertaking an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment (ACHAR) of the property known as 5-7 Wycombe Road, Neutral Bay. The proposal includes demolition of extant residential building, construction of a new residential building, landscaping, and installation of a swimming pool. Artefact Heritage have been engaged by the proponent to prepare an ACHAR to support at least one Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP) application for the proposal, including an AHIP application for archaeological test excavation.

The study area is located within the North Sydney LGA. We are inviting registrations of interest in the project from Aboriginal groups and individuals who hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the significance of Aboriginal objects and/or places in the locality of the project. Please note that the consultation guidelines require us to provide details of Registered Aboriginal Parties to Heritage NSW and the Metropolitan LALC. In your response could you please advise if you would not like your details to be provided.
