Bayer Building, North Sydney: The existing 20-storey Bayer Building is set for a $195m transformation into a 39-storey mixed-use development by HDA Housing. This project will feature approximately 175 residential apartments, retail, commercial space, and 15% affordable housing.

IBM Building, 601 Pacific Highway, St Leonards: Stockland proposes a 52-storey mixed-use tower to replace the IBM Building.
