A new premium co-working space is coming to Neutral Bay with the launch of landlord owner and operated Urban Collective in the Big Bear Shopping Centre.
The new space features 3,503m2 of private and semi-private suites, open-plan co-working areas, and flexible contracts to suit suburban and northern city based businesses of any size.
Amenities include balconies with views over the north shore, and regular social events for members.
Urban Collective owns its spaces, providing what it says is an extra layer of certainty for tenants.
Urban Collective anticipates strong interest from tenants, with 10 tenants having already signed contracts with the co-working provider.
“We are delighted to welcome the Neutral Bay community to our new, premium office spaces,” said Urban Collective General Manager Laura Dawson.
“It is our pleasure to provide a closer, affordable working option to the community, helping push the future of office to a more local and suburban future.”
The development celebrates its official opening on October 19.
