Australia’s largest private rail freight company, Pacific National, will move its corporate office to 2 Blue Street in North Sydney. The ten storey office building was designed by Woods Bagot, and developed by Lend Lease after Keppel REIT Management Co bought the site in 2021. It was redeveloped and opened last year.
By the end of September 2024, Pacific National will occupy the first and second floor at Blue & William, approximately 3,350 square metres.
Equifax and Human Synergistics also occupy space in the building.

Pacific National sustainability and development manager Saskia Groen-in’t-woud said: ““We were looking for new office space that would give our people the flexibility to work in a more connected and collaborative way, while also supporting Pacific National’s efforts to reduce its businesses’ environmental footprint. Blue & William ticked every box, offering us everything we were after, and in a great location too.”
