Located right next door to the Crows Nest Metro station, the five-storey brutalist office block at 28–34 Clarke Street is now on the market with an estimated price tag of $35 million.
Built in 1972 and designed by Kerr and Smith, the property was previously known as the St Leonards Centre and the Bank Staff Training Centre. Today, it operates as the Oxley Corporate Office Centre, with 4,823 square metres of office space across five storeys, along with four basement levels providing 50 parking spaces.

The 1,236-square-metre site is one of only four properties sharing the same block as the new Metro station, which opened in 2024. Its location under Transport Oriented Development zoning makes it a prime candidate for major redevelopment.
Situated in mixed use zoning with a 62-metre height limit and a floor space ratio of 6:1, a future development on the site could deliver between 7,416 and 10,925 square metres of gross floor area.
The building currently houses a range of commercial tenants and health providers, including Audience Precision, Clearcost, Crows Nest Psychology Practice, Kate Levett Acupuncturist, Sharecare Australia, The Promise, Video Logic, West Street Wellbeing, and Picnet.
The North Sydney Sun recently released a video detailing six major residential developments in the pipeline around the Crows Nest Metro site. Watch the full coverage here: https://youtu.be/2DsdEWqKXB0?si=NDtufdaQ2wAfaFIw.
