Equifax has moved into a new location at North Sydney’s Blue & William.
The technology company is the anchor tenant of the building, occupying two of the ten levels after its relocation from Arthur Street early last month.
“Equifax is thrilled to officially open our new office at Blue & William in North Sydney, bringing our Sydney based teams together in one location,” Equifax Group Managing Director A/NZ Melanie Cochrane said.
“The inspiring, modern space provides opportunity for greater collaboration and innovation, while honouring our commitment to sustainability. I am confident our new work environment will enable flexible and positive ways of working, contributing to a vibrant culture, to support our customers and help us attract the best talent.”
Located at 2 Blue Street, Blue and William was completed in April and is owned by Singapore-based real estate investment trust Keppel REIT, with Lendlease as the development and investment manager.
“As one of Asia’s leading real estate investment trusts, Keppel REIT is committed to offering quality office spaces through our portfolio of prime commercial assets in Asia Pacific’s key business districts,” Keppel REIT CEO Mr Koh Wee Lih said.
“Blue & William in North Sydney is a smart, sustainable office building, designed with tenant experience and wellness as a priority, and we are pleased to welcome Equifax to this green and modern premise.”
The building has already leased out five floors to a variety of tenants, with Equifax and Northbrew Cafe first into the building. Global consulting firm Human Synergistics is set to follow in early 2024.
It offers a landscaped wellness garden, multiple multipurpose open spaces, lobby and end-of-trip facilities alongside panoramic views of the neighbouring Sydney Harbour all designed by global architecture and design studio Woods Bagot.
The building is rated 5 Star Green Star Design and 5.5 Stars NABERS Building Energy Rating.
