A Development Application has been lodged with North Sydney Council for the construction of an eight-storey residential flat building comprising 32 apartments at 57–61 Reynolds Street, Cremorne.
Developer CPDM, which is based in St Leonards, submitted the proposal, which involves the demolition of all existing structures on the site. The project is estimated to cost $34,561,140.
The proposed development includes a mix of 32 units, predominantly comprising 27 three-bedroom apartments and five two-bedroom apartments. Resident amenities are set to include two communal spaces on the rooftop and two basement levels that will accommodate 51 car parking spaces for residents, visitors, motorcycles, and bicycles.

Designed by PBD Architects, the building’s scale has been consciously designed to align with its immediate surroundings. The elevation facing Reynolds Street is intended to match the scale of existing multi-residential buildings in the area, while the Gerard Lane side is scaled smaller to fit in with the existing structures along that lane.
In addition to this Cremorne proposal, CPDM is also progressing with other projects in the area, including a 10-townhouse development on Nicholson Street, Wollstonecraft, and a separate application for a 48-storey tower in St Leonards.
