BAI Communications has relocated its head office, service management and network operations centre to a new facility at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney.

The move, which shifts BAI from its long-standing locations in Chatswood and Gore Hill, is positioned as a step in the company’s broader growth strategy and its efforts to integrate operations under one roof in a modern tech hub.

According to CEO Peter Lambourne, the new headquarters aims to bring BAI closer to customers and industry partners, leveraging the North Sydney location’s proximity to other technology firms. Lambourne noted the strategic importance of the new site as BAI seeks to position itself as a “trusted partner” to industry and government.

The office space at 1 Denison holds a 6-star NABERS rating, a detail BAI pointed to as part of its commitment to sustainability. Lambourne added that integrating the company’s service management and network operations with corporate functions is intended to boost collaboration.

BAI continues to maintain a presence in the Australian broadcasting industry while expanding its telecommunications footprint, particularly through public and private wireless network offerings.

The new office, located in North Sydney’s largest commercial tower, also reflects the area’s transformation into a hub for technology and business. Situated next to the new Metro station, the facility provides what BAI describes as a “collaborative” and “inviting” workspace.
