A premium apartment space at the new development at the Five Ways in Crows Nest has sold for over $11 million.
The Falcon & Alexander project in Crows Nest is currently one of the largest residential construction projects on the North Shore and with an estimated 2 years until completion a premium apartment has already sold.
Developer Deiccorp has revealed a dwelling on level 21 has sold for $11.6m, following the amalgamation of two apartments to create a 333sqm residence. The newly formed floor plan features four bedrooms, two living areas and a dedicated study.

The home was purchased by owner-occupiers, a family with three children studying at university, who recently sold their long-held family home in Upper North Shore. The Falcon & Alexander development received final approvals in early 2025, allowing for the demolition of the triangular block between Pacific Highway, Falcon and Alexander St in Crows Nest, to make way for a 22-storey tower containing 188 apartments.
The project is set to include 48 affordable dwellings, 8,000 square metres of commercial land and an 100-room boutique hotel. It is set to be completed by late 2028.
