More modifications to the Norwich building development plans have been lodged with North Sydney Council, marking a minor side step in the luxury apartment project.
Located at 111–115 Chandos Street, Crows Nest, developers Equicentia and Wingala Capital gained approval for the project in May 2025. Plans include demolishing the two-storey commercial building on the site to make way for a new five-storey residential development featuring 10 dwellings. Every floor will hold only two three-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 116m² to 169m².

Also included is a communal landscaped rooftop terrace as well as two storeys of basement, with each resident allocated two dedicated car spaces within a double lock-up garage.
In total, the cost of the project is estimated at $11,161,486 with an estimated completion in late 2027.

In March 2026, modified development consent plans were approved, allowing for a taller lift overrun at the roof level. The modifications also included crucial design changes required to bring the building plans into line with updated building regulations, as well as minor adjustments to the layout to optimize internal spaces.
Now, developers have lodged another modification request with the council.
The latest proposed changes include relocating the OSD tank, carwash bay, communications room, switch room, bin and waste facilities, as well as adding fire protection walling and an entry door to the rooftop.
Additional layout and structural updates feature an increased driveway crest to prevent flooding, an adjusted ground floor entryway with a concrete awning, amended rooftop exterior materials, and a motion-sensored priority traffic light system for incoming vehicles.
