The NSW Government has approved a 51-storey mixed-use tower at 153–157 Walker Street, North Sydney, featuring 296 apartments, a hotel and ground-floor retail.
The $495.5 million project will include nine affordable housing units, a 170-room hotel and retail, food and beverage premises. Ten basement levels will provide car parking and building services.

The development will have a gross floor area of 50,926 sqm on the 1,928 sqm site, with a floor space ratio of 27.41:1 and a maximum height of 177.8 metres.
The site is currently occupied by a commercial building at 153 Walker Street and a 14-storey building at 157 Walker Street.
The approval continues the transformation of the Walker Street precinct from a predominantly commercial area into a high-density residential and mixed-use hub.

In April 2025, the government approved a 239-apartment development at 173–179 Walker Street. A 46-storey tower containing 390 apartments and ground-floor retail was also approved at 146 Arthur Street in October 2025.
