Excitement is building ahead of the annual Crows Nest Festival. The Crows Nest Mainstreet Association has announced plans for its biggest festival to date to be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025.

The festival will span from the five ways at Pacific Highway to Albany St, with large parts of Willoughby Road and surrounding areas closed off to traffic to make way for festivities including entertainment, food, and markets.
This year’s festival is set to expand its map around the new Crows Nest Metro Station, incorporating more streets. Attendees can expect over 200 market stalls offering gourmet food, wine, art, fashion, jewellery, and sustainable goods across the entire Crows Nest village.

A wide variety of attractions are planned, including the Gourmet Food & Food Truck Alleys with international flavours as well as licensed zones, showcasing top wineries, distillers, and brewers. A dedicated Kids Zone will feature pony rides, a petting zoo, a circus playground, and face painting.
There will be plenty of live performances with the Big Music Stage in Ernest Place showcasing local young talent and a Performance Space on Hume Street featuring over 200 young performers. Returning to the centre stage by popular demand is Canine Capers which will see local dogs competing on stage for prizes. Roving entertainers are also gearing up to provide surprise acts throughout the day. Hume Park will also host the Art Battle, where artists will compete in live creative showdowns.

Businesses up and down the strip will be open as usual, with many of the hospitality venues gearing up for their busiest day of the year. There is sure to be plenty of specials on offer to festival goers.
